Is Rescue Remedy for Dogs, Cats and other animals safe?

I have been using and recommending Dr Bach’s Rescue Remedy®& full Range of Bach Flower®remedies to people and animals since 1987. I love how the Dr Bach Flower Remedies and other remedies help people and animals!

Dr Bach’s Rescue Remedy®is made from 5 of the 38 complete Dr Bach®Remedy Range which can help to balance the emotions and treat challenging mental states in humans and animals.

Rescue Remedy®- consists of five flower essence originally created by Dr Bach back in the early 1930′s and 1936 Dr Edward Bach had created a complete system of 38 Bach Flowers.

Rescue Remedy®can be used for Pets has 5 flower remedies, the combination, which contains an equal amount each of Rock Rose, Cherry Plum, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and can have a non-alcoholic base made on Apple Cider Vinegar as a preserve or Vegetable Glycerine (animals do better without alcohol)and will not cause any harm as it only contains microscopic amounts of plant extract- it is not a Canine and Feline Medicine but a treatment of an emotion that may be triggering a certain behaviour, that maybe causing challenges, in moments such as stress, accidents to help with the shock.

Rescue Remedy may help to provide some relief for stress and shock but when the emotional challenges are on going some of the other 38 remedies may be needed for the desired out come. You can still have Rescue Remedy as a Base and add up to 6 other Bach Flower Remedies for more specific emotional challenges.

What is Procrastination?  And how to overcome Procrastination Tips

Let me begin by just saying that I am very good at Procrastinating and consider myself up there with the best Procrastinators of all time, hence this blog post.

I was Procrastinating all day about writing today’s blog but I dug into the tools of motivation and organisational skills and here we are.

Procrastination happens when we know we “should” be doing something that needs to be done but instead we do something else, quiet often just to stay away from getting things done. For example; Watching tv when we know study should really be happening.

Procrastination can can cause great anxiety and deep disappointment in ones self, so how to we overcome this? 1.Having a routine and sticking to it can help, even if you do Procrastinate, just Sticking to a time table of study or work cam help

2. Set task ahead of time so the main cause of Procrastinaton is already ready to get started.

What is the main cause of Procrastination?

• Avoidance of things we just dont enjoy doing: So just make a start(you will feel so much better when it is done)
• Fear- fear of failure or success can stop you in your tracks, take 1 step a day(I take 2 for good measure) a day towards your goals and dreams

What Remedies  are good to help with Procrastination?

Blackberry- putting ideas into action; awakening the will to manifest one’s vision

Cayenne- strong catalyst to mobilize the will when feeling stuck

Clematis- avoidance of tasks at hand; dreamy disposition

Hornbeam- feeling lack of energy due to emotional resistance to one’s work

Larch & Scleranthus- putting off action out of fear of failure or lack of self-confidence

Tansy & Hornbeam- acting on what or knows needs to be done; overcoming lethargy and deep emotional blockages to one’s true energy
